Our Bacchus pours a pale, delicate lemon gold, with aromas typical of the Bacchus variety – elderflower, blackthorn, blossom and lime zest. The palate has additional textural notes,
with just a hint of nectarine. Fresh citrus notes compliment the dry clean finish. Try this wine with salmon or trout dishes, goat’s cheese or grilled asparagus.
